TMHead Coach
The Coaching

Coached by champions

TJ Moen founded MWA in 2019. A two-time NJCAA All-American who placed 3rd at the 2012 NAIA National Championships and won a USA Veterans Folkstyle national title, TJ has coached eight All-Americans and a national champion at the college level.

Our staff brings state titles, NCAA qualifications, and years of kids-club development to every practice — technical mastery paired with real mentorship.

What families say

My son came in with no experience and made the state tournament in two seasons. The coaching and culture are unmatched.

— MWA Parent

They hold the kids to a higher standard and it shows. Discipline, confidence, and toughness that carries into everything.

— Youth Wrestler Family

Best decision we made. The coaches genuinely care about developing the whole athlete, not just wins.
